Local game data

The app stores your best score locally on your device so it can show your record. BALANE does not receive that score. You can remove it by deleting the app data. The game has no account, leaderboard, ads, in-app purchases, or gameplay analytics. It does not send your score or gameplay history to BALANE.

iOS and macOS

The best score stays in local app storage. The game does not ask for access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone.

Android

The best score stays in local app storage. The game does not use an advertising identifier or transmit scores.

External privacy link and app stores

The information button in the app can open this privacy policy in your browser when you choose it. Your browser and this website then process the connection under the website privacy policy. If you download the app from a store, the store operator handles download and payment information under its own terms. BALANE does not gain access to your local best score through the store.

Support and your rights

If you write to support@balane.tech, we process your email address and message to answer your request under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. We have no copy of locally stored scores. You may complain to a data protection authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision.
